Getting ready for Halloween!

Satuday we meet one of my high school friends, Kayla at a Halloween Carnival! Ava got to decorate a pumpkin, make a bird feeder, do a cup cake walk, get a pumpkin painted on her face and frost a cookie! Then we decided to go to the Boo at the Zoo. Yep it was kinda lame! We had more fun at the free carnival. I didnt even take any pictures at the zoo. Ava is a witch, but her hat doesnt stay on her head!

We came home for a little bit, then went to Kayla's house for some yummy soup and rolls. It was so nice to visit and catch up on old times! Sunday we tried to go to church but Halley was being so cranky, she fussed for an hour while we were trying to get ready, so we said forget it. Then we met up with some other friends visiting from Twin Falls.

This is how I found Ava later today on my bed. Cuddled up perfectly with angel wings! What a sweet heart! She was playing dress up and just got tired!

Feeling Crafty!

last weekend we had so much fun carving PUMPKINS!

Then I have been practicing making bows! Its my new hobby, I could and have spent hours making bows! Here are just a few of my favorites!

Last week a friend gave me a high chair, it is in really good condition, but I wanted to make it super girly and soft and comfy for Halley, so I added 4 layers of batting and flannel material, which I Scotch guarded, so hopefully it stays a little clean! this was definitely a practice round, hopefully soon I will sew another one and do a better job, I didn't have a pattern so it was kinda hard to figure out!

Halley Mae's Blessing

After trying to plan Halley's blessing weekend after weekend without success, we decided the the best thing to do was to bless her at our Home when both sides of our family could make it. Kalab's Dad gave the blessing and it was beautiful!

Ava's special 4th Birthday!

We started the partying Friday night! I took Ava and two of her little friends to Have pedicures and Manicures. Seriously it was so cute. They have this little boutique salon just for kids. She has been asking for a pedicure for her birthday since I got one in August! and of course she loved it!

Then we had a party with Family and a few close friends! Aunt Jaycie and Uncle Dallas and Ashton came from Provo Utah. My family came from Overton Neveda, (close to Las Vegas). And Kalabs Parents came from Idaho Falls! We had a bbq at the park, but the wind blew hard and it was cold so it was cut short! Kind of a bummer, but Ava didnt seem to mind, she was having a great time!

Then we went Bowling! We had two different lanes, I think Kalab won over all, and Jaycie came in 2nd, after that I cant remember, but it was fun!








Then to end the night we all went to Craigo's, Ava's favorite pizza and pasta buffet.
